Our Student Management System has been fully automated in order to serve you better.
We sincerely count on your compliance so as to make a success out of the new initiative.
Consequently, all processes relating to:
Course Registration
Tuition and other fees payment
Result checking
Transcript request e.t.c. shall be executable on the portal (www.lagoscitypolytechnic.net)
The procedures are simple and are as follows:
RETURNING STUDENTS
Obtaining a Personal Identification Number (PIN) physically from the admission office free of charge.
Log on to www.lagoscitypolytechnic.net and click on Returning Students’ link.
Enter your Matriculation No and PIN.
This will automatically create a personalized page for you, containing links of:
your profile
course registration
check results
make payments
check payments history
elibrary, e.t.c
Click on make payment and select your preferred payment plan option.
At least 1/4 payment of your annual total fees will allow you to register your course for first semester. 1/2 payment of your annual total fees will allow you to check result of first semester exam.
Confirm the option of your choice and click on pay now, this link takes you to Interswitch Pay Direct platform.
Enter your card details.
Cash Cards or Debit Cards are available at any branch of UBA, Skye Bank and any other bank on Interswitch Network.
After successful payment, print the displayed page as evidence of payment.
Proceed to Course Registration link.
This will display the Courses available. You are expected to have finalized this appropriately with your Head of Department. Select the course you intend to register and put their corresponding units.
Click Add Courses.
You can explore other Links on your page at anytime with your PIN and Matriculation No. If you are registering late, the system will show your corresponding penalty fees based on the time of registration.
You will be notified when results are ready and you are expected to use your PIN and your Matriculation No at that time to check your result. You must have paid ½ of your annual total fees before the system will grant you access to your result.
At the beginning of the second semester, you will be allowed to register for courses when you have paid more than half of your total annual fees.
At the end of the second semester you will be able to check your result upon full payment of your total annual fees.
Click on Payment History/Payment Status to always know how much you have paid or owe.
